This is a much belated post! Went there for lunch with PS when X'mas was just around the corner. I've only got the photos recently and hence the delay.

Well, 3 michelin stars and 2 months' waitlist for reservation... enough said, shall let the photos do the talking! :)

My Starter -
Salad of artichokes and heritage apples on a chicken liver and foie gras crouton with Périgord truffle vinaigrette



My Main



PS' Main -
Fillet of daurade royale with navet, carrots, radish, baby gem lettuce and artichokes barigoule



PS' Dessert -
Banana parfait with passion fruit and salted caramel ice cream




My Dessert -
Vanilla rice pudding with candied orange, oven-dried Muscat grapes, toasted walnuts and maple syrup



And last but not least, sweet endings with a festive touch!


At £45 for the 3-courses set lunch menu, this is a good introduction to Gordon Ramsay's creations. Would love to try his Menu Prestige someday (7-courses for £120)!
