I first read about this restaurant on Chubby Hubby's blog: the legendary truffle egg and cream pasta created by Chef Buon Ricordo. After reading his raving review and seeing the photo which he had posted, I was 100% sold!
Hence, the moment our trip to Sydney was confirmed, this restaurant naturally fell under the list of "must-eat" in Sydney :)
We went for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was nice and quiet (we were told that it would be a mad house in the evening!). We ordered a variety of starters and main courses for the table. I must say that I'm very impressed with the pasta dishes. The other items were ok (i.e. not mind blowing!).

And the answer is YES... if I get to visit Sydney again, this dish is definitely worth going back for! :)
